A:M or Absence of Mute is an international scale music festival presented by Student Board of Universitas Prasetiya Mulya. This musical event consists of two stages and aims to gather people who can devote their voices and stories through music. As a music event, the ambience and the beauty of music itself are needed to be shown, hence the purpose of the audiences’ attendance is more than just to listen but to understand and appreciate the art of music.

- H-2 Minggu di Prasmul (Presale 1,Presale 2, Normal)
- H-1 Kuncit (Presale 1,Presale 2, Normal)
- Hari-H OTS (Presale 1,Presale 2, Normal, Early Entry)
Rules:
- Semua pembeli kecuali kategori Early Entry dapat menukarkan tiket sebelum acara berlangsung.
- Untuk pembeli early entry hanya dapat menukar tiket pada hari-H dan wajib mengikuti aturan yang berlaku :
- Penukaran tiket dimulai pukul 12.00
- Open Gate pukul 13.30 dan Close Gate pukul 17.00
- Setelah close gate pembeli tiket early entry hanya diperbolehkan keluar masuk sebanyak 1 kali dan akan ditandai
- Pembeli yang terlambat atau tidak sesuai dengan waktu yang diberikan maka ia wajib untuk meng-upgrade tiket early entry menjadi normal dengan membayar 100 ribu tambahan dari harga beli (105k + 100k -> 205k)
-Close gate untuk pemegang tiket normal, presale 1, dan presale 2 adalah pukul 21.00
-Pemegang tiket selain early entry diperbolehkan keluar masuk sebanyak tiga kali
-Waktu penukaran e-tiket dengan wristband diwajibkan pembeli membawa kartu tanda pengenal identitas diri (KTP , Paspor, Kartu Mahasiswa, atau bentuk lainnya)
